Cheer Your Friend is a sports motivation app that lets users send and receive voice messages of encouragement between friends during running sessions or other physical activities.
The service relies on:
- A friend connection system
- Short voice messages (7 to 60 seconds depending on user status)
- Playback of those messages with the screen locked during the activity
- Push notifications to alert friends
3. Registration
3.1 Minimum age
The Application is restricted to people aged 16 or over. By registering, the user declares they are at least 16 years old. Any account belonging to a user under 16 will be deleted as soon as the publisher becomes aware of it.

The user agrees to provide accurate information, to keep it up to date, and not to impersonate anyone else.
3.3 Account confidentiality
The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account. If fraudulent use is suspected, the user must change their password immediately and inform the publisher.

The Application provides a "Report" button on every voice message received. Users are encouraged to report any content they consider inappropriate.
5.2 Retention of reported content
Voice messages are kept for 24 hours by default, then automatically deleted. Reported messages are kept for up to 30 days so the publisher can review the report and take appropriate action.
5.3 Sanctions

- Warn the user at fault
- Temporarily suspend their account
- Permanently delete their account
- Report the content to the relevant authorities in the event of a criminal offence

- Deletion of their audio files in cloud storage
- Removal from other users' friend lists
- Deletion of their authentication account
This action is irreversible and complies with GDPR requirements (right to erasure). For more information, see our account deletion page.
